Workforce Planning and Development
More than ever before the ability to ensure an organisation has the right people, in the right place, at the right time is critical to its ability to be productive and profitable now and into the future. Human Resource practitioners and Line Managers have a collaborative role to play in ensuring this is created, implemented, monitored and evaluated strategically to ensure the long term sustainability of the organisation.
The Workforce Planning and Development Skill Set (BSBSS0027) provides HR practitioners and Managers with the skills and knowledge to create collaborative workforce plans and strategic workforce development plans with their key operational stakeholders. Once created, the emphasis is on ensuring effective implementation, monitoring and evaluation systems are in place.
During this program, students will learn the skills, principles and practices and apply them by creating and implementing workforce and workforce development plans for an identified target group within the organisation. Specialist coaches will assist them throughout this process.
Our graduates are then able to replicate this process across the organisation. This program is especially successful for organisations who enrol both HR practitioners and Line Managers, who can commence the learning process together and then continue this for the long term benefit of the organisation.
